In the 21st century Individuals are now expected to have these plans in place allow you monitor trend in the competitive labour market, confidence in explain with evidence your knowledge, expertise and ability to do the job you are applying for.
DO NOT leave this too late until you are applying - These are best started when you get into university education.
Besides, your academic education takes the better part of your time at University as you spend 90 percent of the time working on Academics Knowledge with little or no time to develop your Expertise (Hard Skills) and Social skills (Soft Skills)
